MAIN PURPOSE
To provide effective HR advice and support on all Recruitment Performance Management Employee development and Employee Relations issues on matters of policy processes and practices to a number of regional branches in the Hire Modular Divisions Advise and guide the Divisional Director and his Branch Management Teams in order to ensure the most effective use of people at every level of the organisation
KEY RESULT AREAS
Manage recruitment utilising best practice selection techniques to ensure that the Branches have the best talent and people into the right jobs and plan the level of resources to meet business needs through use of effective policies and processes
