Our client in the Esher area are recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant at a salary of about 20000
The overall purpose of the job is to provide support in the management accounting team
Duties
To control the petty cash including weekly data entry monthly analysis and collection of cash from the bank
To undertake a range of duties using the inhouse system including preparation and input of journals receipts of cheques
Responsible for collecting customer payments by creditdebit cards
Bank reconciliations Cashflow forecasting and daily cash monitoring
To prepare the daily banking and deposit with the bank
Preparation of Notts Herts Management Accounts
To process the business card expense claims
Responsible for raising and transmitting sundry electronic payments
Support in the allocating of rentals RV settlements and other areas of the Funding area when necessary
To maintain the housekeeping of online banking systems
