Our client is currently recruiting for a development Chef You will be responsible for all retail product development and existing product development whilst keeping the marketing and innovation director advised on all key issues Implement the company strategy to achieve agreed objectives Work alongside our current Innovations Manager to share ideas and maximise cross sector opportunities
Duties will include
Create agree with the Marketing Director and then implement a rolling product development plan based on our vision plus work in the customers vision
Understand the consumer and customer strategy to create ranging propositions
Manage the entire process from concept to launch ensuring the price is right raw material is in place and packaging created
To work effectively with counterparts in the commercial functions across the group
