My client is currently recruiting for a major High Street Fashion Retailer and are seeking enthusiastic Retail Assessors to deliver Apprenticeship Programmes in their chain of fashion stores Own transport is required as you will be covering the regions of Sussex Kent and Surrey
Role Responsibilities
To deliver the qualification to learners aged between 16 18 years managing and supporting learners both remotely and via regular meetings at their place of employment
Assessing candidates in all aspects of Retail Apprenticeship including Technical Certificate NVQ and Key Skills
Providing candidates with individual feedback and actions as specified in the assessment plan and Individual Learner Plan
Providing candidates with guidance
Providing a high quality of support and mentoring for all learners
Ensuring all portfolios are completed to a high standard and submitted for IV check in timely manner
