The role is broken down into three parts
1 Applications Leads and applications come in via the website of people who have applied for a loan You role is to verify the loan by confirming some personal details such as place of work salary address bank details etc You will also have to make checks against these details to ensure they are who they say they are and that they are employed
2 Collections calling people who have failed to pay back the loan and requesting payment for it Sometime this can be difficult and there is an administration process behind trying to recoup these funds
3 Calling previous customers who have had a loan and paid it back successfully in order to sell them another loan or products
The role is broken down in to these three duties and is split over the course of the working dayweek
