An exciting opportunity has arisen with them for a Deputy Operations Manager This would be a good step up from a Services or Home Manager You will directly manage a small region with support from the Regional Operations Manager You will be supported to learn and develop your knowledge and skills in relation to finance HR issues safeguarding service user and staff matters and other operational areas of responsibility
You will build up internal and external relationships which in time will allow you to perform at an operational level
