We are looking for a Duty Manager or Supervisor with previous sport or leisure management based experience to work at this fantastic and multi purpose sports and leisure facility
It is essential that you have the ability to manage people and deal with daily operational issues such as staff supervision customer service health and safety managing the booking systems and openingclosing procedures
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead enthuse supervise and motivate the work of others with a flexible approach to working shifts and a proactive approach towards customer service You must have at least one years experience of working in a similar capacity within the leisure industry Preference will be given to candidates with a current NPLQ and First Aid although training can be provided
