Acting as a consultant to business managers the Account Manager will help them
to decide upon their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on methods of
generating CVs to match skills defined in job roles
You will work with Managers and HR to understand recruitment needs and levels of service and support required
You will liaise with off site delivery teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of cvs in accordance with agree KPIs
You will manage and define interactive media and internet advertising campaigns from inception to delivery working with advertising agencies
You will develop creative solutions to generate candidates and where appropriate develop and sustain good working relationships with recruitment suppliers
You will research new recruitment strategies and implement suitable campaigns based on such when appropriate
