My client a leading retailer based in West London is currently looking for a Infrastructure Analyst to join its well maintained and professional technical team This role will see the chosen candidate report directly to the Infrastructure Manager
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all server technology within the business is fully operational and meets the
business requirements
Prioritise workload to ensure that issues with greater commercial impact on the business
are resolved with the highest priority
Provide second third line IT support
Main point of contact for fault logging and followup facility for the business
Aim to respond to IT Helpdesk requests within SLAs
Ensure that good communication of all problems is maintained
The key technical skills needed for this role include
