The Role Purchasing Assistant Assistant Buyer
Temporary 6 month contract
To liaise with Suppliers to expedite purchase orders placed by the Buyers to ensure Delivery OnTime In Full and Right Quality
To update the PurchasingPlanning System with Order ConfirmationsDelivery Updates and to liaise with the Buyers and advise where delivery problems exist to enable action to be taken
Produce Monthly Reports on Supplier Spend and Delivery Performance
Assist in the daytoday operation of the Department
