Human Resources Training Manager 12 month contract salary 30 33K DOE Plymouth client to undertake the following
Duties
Provide employment advice to all levels of management
Responsible for formulating the HR strategy to complement and aid the overall business strategy
Responsible for creating and ensuring HR processes are up to date and adhered to by the HR team and management
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up to date and in accordance with UK employment legislation
Provide guidance to supervision and management with regard to investigations disciplinaries grievances and capability matters
Monitor individual sickness absence records
Manage all Company recruitment and selection activities
Recruit supervise mentor and plan apprentice training
Generate contracts of employment that adhere to UK employment legislation
