This leading Multi Franchise Dealer Group requires an experienced motor trade Bodyshop Advisor Estimator for their busy and prestigious site in Isleworth Working alongside the Bodyshop Supervisor and 5 Bodyshop productives you will organise and supervise the Body Repair operations
This is an all round role incorporating all aspects of Bodyshop control and administration and the key tasks include
To carry out accurate estimates ensuring a blend of profitable pricing and job retention
Establish daily weekly monthly and yearly labour sales figures
Ensure that the work carried out by the Bodyshop achieves the required levels of profitability work quality and customer satisfaction
Coordinate all activities within the Body Repair area to ensure maximum profits are achieved objectives are met and CSI targets are achieved
To arrange the flow of work in the most efficient manner maximize the sale of labour and materials whilst adhering to agreed completion dates
