THE HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING job description
To ensure agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all bedrooms and public areas
To work with the Assistant Manager in introducing Standard Operating Procedures for all team members within the housekeeping department and be capable of acting as Duty Manager as and when required eg covering early mornings in reception and waiting etc if possible
