Our client a national housing association currently has a need for a temporary Housing Officer to join their busy team in the Essex region The role will include
Provision of full housing management duties to a patch of properties
Investigate and resolve breaches of tenancy and instances of ASB mediating between any neighbour disputes
Monitor rent accounts and recover outstanding arrears through visits negotiation and enforcement where necessary
Complete estate inspections to ensure any necessary repairs can be organised
Serve notices prepare court paperwork and attend court to present evidence when required
