They are a well established restaurant with a rosette awarded dining room that has a French European menu ranging from the sumptuously classic to the adventurously modern All dishes are freshly prepared using only the finest seasonal produce
The successful Junior Sous Chef will have previous experience as a chef de partie or Junior Sous Chef with a stable two or three years background in a 1 or 2 rosette hotel or restaurant As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervising of Commis and Demi chefs you will be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas
