The Executive Head Chef is looking for A Head Chef that has real Passion and flair who can lead a successful team of chefs in this Stunning private members restaurant which has use of its own Organic farm
As Head Chef you must have worked as a Head chef in a 23 Rosette hotel or restaurant with a good stable back ground of 34 years As Head Chef you l will have an excellent and proven track record with all your costings and GP be able To manage the departments payroll staff rota and the kitchen cleaning schedule To provide training and development for department staff in kitchen procedures To provide and record a programme of basic training for all new members of staff and to implement all new menus
