This small Country House Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead their small team to help run their award winning Restaurant and occasional private dining room

As restaurant Manager you need at least 2 3 years current experience of working in restaurants and be able to keep a clear head meeting and greeting customers organising staff and ensuring a smooth service flow
This position would suit an experienced chef de rang or restaurant supervisor looking to take on more responsibility running your own restaurant
