Our client a leading player within the UK food manufacturing sector and have sites based around the country and worldwide This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to implement and develop a HR function for the site
You will work closely with the Factory Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing their Development Strategy to ensure they develop retain their talent You will prepare recommendations and change programmes to management concerning human resource policies and practices and work closely with the senior management to develop human resource plans and strategies to meet the companies requirements
