My client is now looking to recruit a Care Manager to assist the Home Manager in the running 90 bedded home
This role requires the Care Manager to take a proactive role within the Home providing adequate care and resolution of problems when required to do so
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the health and social care needs of all service users within the Home
Responsible for the complete care of residents meeting their health requirements through adoption of an holistic approach
Responsible for the effective management of the facilities services within the Home
To adhere to and put into practice all company policies and procedures as and when appropriate
To recruit interview and appoint suitably trained and experienced staff for the Home utilising all resources available
