Job Description

We are a Leeds Recruitment agency and our client a rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors is looking for a Facilities Team Leader to manage their team of support staff

The post holder will be part of and lead a team of support staff with responsibility for aspects of the operation and management of the companys properties The normal place of work will be Leeds but the post holder may be required to travel and from time to time be required to work in other locations to meet operational needs

Main Duties

1 Overall responsibility for the delivery of high facilities services

2 Liaison with key customers in respect of day to day requirements of the business

3 Performance management of all direct reports and providers of contracted services

4 Delivery against budget

5 Ensure that premises are maintained to a high standard

6 To ensure that premises comply with the latest legislation
