We are working with an established and expanding property agent in Cambridge Due to continued success in the area they are looking to bring on an experienced Branch Manager to help develop one of their regional branches They deal with a number of residential vendor first time buyers housing developers and development agents and have built a respected reputation within the area for their level of service
They currently have a strong number of instructions with an improving sales pipeline made up of a variety of city centre and rural properties new home sales and retirement complexes The role calls for an experienced manager with good leadership skills and a hands on approach It is an expanding sales team but at present the manager will also be responsible for delivering sales whilst managing the rest of the team
