45 day weekly758 hour working day will also consider parttime hours

Staff Nurses will work as part of a multidisciplinary team performing NHS Health Checks in community outreach events that increase early identification of cardiovascular disease and other chronic conditions in deprived and hard to reach groups Delivery of NHS Health Checks includes the measurement of patient risk factors effective communication of risk and the encouragement of change in lifestyle
