A fantastic opportunity has a risen to work for a leading Domiciliary Service delivering care support to adults within their own home in the South Wales area
The aim of this job is to manage the field performance of the carers and the needs standards and rights of the Service Users within the site
This will also require management and administrative duties from the South Wales Office plus working as a backup member of the Care Team providing home care for adults on site This job holder will report to the Branch Manager but will be expected to work as a Team Colleague with the main Office Team to help run a very successful business
