Extremely busy and fast paced organisation is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to recruit and organise volunteers for their events
You will be expected to identify new areas to source potential volunteers developing new relationships and giving personal attnetion and nurturing existing ones
You will be involved in data capturing of the volunteer forms organising welcome letters sponsor forms or whatever communication is appropriate
The role demands excellent telephone and communication skills and the ability to deal with people on all levels You wil be expected to help in the volunteer planning and preparation for the events and help the Volunteer Director and volunteer team throughout the actual event
To succeed in the role you will need
Experience of working in Events
Experience of working with volunteers
Experience of recruiting volunteers
Administrative experience
Excellent organisational skills
Resourcefulness and the ability to use initiative
