Chef de Partie Pastry required for this Amazing Stately Country House Hotel which is situated in Kent The Hotel has won many Awards which include been Awarded 2AA Rosettes for its Restaurant
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists making all pastry items including Icecreams Sorbets Breads and a wide range of Modern plated desserts depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas working closely with the Head and Sous Chef to develop menus and help the team to constantly improve standards
To apply for this position of Chef de Partie Pastry you will have a proven track record of working in a 2 Rosette hotels or restaurant with a good stable back ground as Chef de Partie Pastry and have a real passion for excellent food
