A Regional Contractor operating in the South Yorkshire construction market is currently seeking to recruit a Contracts Manager the company has a focus on design build contracts within education commercial residential and regeneration sectors up to 10m
As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing a number of contracts across various sectors throughout the South Yorkshire region with values up to 5m these will include design build refurbishment renovations extensions and new builds
To be successful in your application you must have experience as a Contracts Manager for a Main or Regional Contractor managing projects on a similar value and preferably possess SMSTS CSCS and a full First Aid Certificate
