A leading provider of freshly prepared foods and produce are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their increasingly busy team
Leading six Quality Assurance Technicians you will motivate your team and monitor and evaluate the product and processing systems You will ensure products and ingredients are evaluated against the specifications and that any non conformance issues are raised action is taken and preventative measures are put in place to avoid recurring issues
You will will ensure KPIs are met and will be involved in the creation of continuous process improvements and streamlining efficiencies
In order to be successful in this post you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to take charge of your team and department You will have worked in a QA position previously ideally within a chilled environment
