Residential Support Worker required for a childrens residential home caring for children with challenging behaviour As a Residential Support Worker you will act as a role model and work to maintain the smooth running of the home supporting the children in their daily routines You will work in one of eight homes which are based in residential streets to ensure the children feel a part of their local community each child has a double bedroom and are encouraged to personalise their rooms to create a homely environment
You will have previous experience working as a Support Worker caring for children with challenging behaviour Ideally you will have achieved your NVQ 3 diploma Children and Young People or be willing to study towards it In addition you will be a car driver with access to your own transport Flexibility is required as you will work on a two day on three day off rolling rota
