A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Project Manager to work for an independent Office fit outrefurbishment company situated in Londons west end with projects in London and Surrey
The role would involve being responsible for the generation of commercial office design and build refurbishment opportunities at a minimum annual turnover target of 075m and the management of those opportunities through to the signing of contracts
The management of the opportunities will have the backup of a Designer and fully qualified Estimator Surveyor
Qualifications required
Indepth knowledge of commercial office design and build in Greater London and Surrey
Ability to maintain and develop existing client relationships
Establish relationships with commercial agents commercial landlords and tenant occupiers
A very competitive basic salary with a wonderful opportunity to earn a large commission bonus annually
