We are looking to recruit a Help desk customer services administrator to work within our busy customer services department
Working for a busy facilities management company we are looking for a person that has ideally previously had experience of working in a help desk environment and it would be a real advantage if you had experience of Facilities management reactive and planned maintenance and dealing with engineers on the road and contractors
You will be dealing with day to day management of calls for service delivery You will be dealing with the clients and issuing work to the services Engineers You will also be responsible tracking planned and reactive maintenance status and closing off works and invoicing the clients
You will also be required to assist with General administration and reporting
We do need a person with Strong IT skills and you will need to be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft office word and Excel
