THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail HR the Divisional Retail HR Manager is responsible for leading developing and delivering the HR strategy across the Northern division which incorporates 78 stores across Scotland The Republic of Ireland and The NorthEast and NorthWest of England
IDEAL CANDIDATE
In this role you will be partnering with the Divisional General Manager to drive key HR strategies across the division You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of four HR Business Partners overseeing their performance setting objectives and conducting biannual reviews Some of your key accountabilities will include
