Waiting staff are accountable for the good care and serving of all food and beverages in the restaurant room service and throughout the hotel
Responsibilities and duties
Maintain a high level of service for all guests
Maintain a good level of food and beverage product knowledge in order to provide the best service
Ensure that all food entering the dining room correspond to the orders placed
Ensure that you are briefed on all up and coming functions to ensure correct serving of food wines
Ensure correct recording of all transactions
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are being kept in the service and storage areas
