You will be responsible for participating in the running of the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Sections in order to maximise cashflow and minimise bad debts
Debtchasing on accounts receivable ledger including telephone calls emails and letters to ensure payment received promptly
Ensuring that information on the finance system regarding communications with customers is logged so that an adequate record is maintained in the event of query or legal action having to been taken against the customer
Creation of customer accounts including setting credit limits
Raising invoices and credit notes on Sage experience of factoring or invoice discounting would be preferable
