We are currently looking for an experienced Area Manager for a large RSL based near North London
You will be responsible for managing diverse services for Mental Health in London
Your duties will include
Be responsible for the financial management of the services in your area
To manage designated services to ensure that policy strategy and targets are achieved and excellent service standards are delivered
To support the Director of Operations and Managing Director in the development and management of strategic plans
For this role you must
Have operations experience at a management level
Have experience of managing motivating and inspiring staff
Experience of managing contracts
Understanding of the personalisation agenda
