Due to the rapid expansion of our client based in central Ashford we are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the existing team The ideally candidate will have a proven track record of customer liaison and be able to handle customer queries confidently and professionally
Your day to day tasks will include
Recording all of the incoming customer complaints and ensuring that all complaints are handled and closed in line with the companies policies and procedures
Completing predelivery and post delivery welcome calls
Contacting existing customers advising on potential upgrades confirming changes made to their system and any other customer contact deemed necessary to ensure a high level of customer service
General Administration tasks as appropriate
