Our client is one of the largest non profit care organisations in the UK They operate a network of nursing and residential homes along with sheltered living apartments across the South of England They are currently seeking an experienced team leader for their 24 bed complex in the Wiltshire area
Your main duties will be to lead a team of support staff to manage and deliver high quality person centered care and support services to an individual with Autism Spectrum Condition in a Supported Living environment
You will ideally have managementsupervisory experience in a Learning Disabilities setting The person we are looking for will be selfmotivated flexible and a team player with the ability to work alone and in a team Your experience should include working to outcomes in a person centered way
