JOB DESCRIPTION
Assisting consultants with airline ticketing and reissue of airline tickets
Process airline refunds including tax only refunds completed unused eticket report
Process rail TOD refunds
Process group online checkins and provide general online checkin assistance
Quality Check all financial documentation including invoices
Provide assistance to consultant with complex air fare quotes
Quality control all air fare quotes including air fare alerts
Assist with the majority of all PNR Quality Control processes
Assist with building PARs
