A leading logistics company supplying solutions to distribution and automotive sector have an immediate requirement for a Business Development Manager to help develop and grow the business This is a home based role covering the Midlands and the North of England
As business development manager you will have real drive and can work in standalone mode excellent communication skills and knowledge of the automotive logistics sector are essential

Research and maintain information on automotive logistics contracts coming up for tender produce sales pipeline reports and agree target customers on a rolling basis
Initiate contact with decision makers in target companies qualify prospects and buildmaintain relationships and awareness of their capability and generate interest in order to position the company in advance of RFQ stage
