Key Accountabilities
Provide complex analyticalresearch advice using Excel PeopleSoft HRIS and recommendations to the business using own judgement as to when more complex issues require escalation
Deliver day to day support for own business area and analyticalresearch projects Deliver focussed management information customer competitor and market insights through research and data analysis which inform business decisions
Engage stakeholders clarifying requirements for the purpose of optimising business results
8 Month Contract up to 400 per day
Key Skills
Advanced Excel reporting and analysis skills
Expert user of Business Systems used in either Peoplesoft or HRIS
Experience of data extraction manipulation budgeting reporting and planning
The ability to resolve simple problems issues and breakdowns in the Business Systems used in ones function business unit themselves
