Our client in the Warwickshire area is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding team on a permanent basis
You will be working a 37 hour week Monday Friday on a salary up to 15500 per annum In return you receive some fantastic benefits including pension scheme health care nursery vouchers retails vouchers cycle to work scheme free on site parking and the use of kitchen facilities
There is also a company bonus dependent on 6 month qualifying and dependent on company performance and 26 days holidays
Working as an Accounts Assistant you will be required to
Clear and code of supplier invoices
Deal with supplier queries via telephone email and fax
Deal with order queries with the buying department
Costing of site sheets
Reconciliation of supplier accounts
Perform tasks as requested by the Purchase Ledger Supervisor or Contracts Managers
You will need to be able to drive for this position
