Our client is responsible for collecting debts on behalf of their clients who typically are banks utilities mobile phone companies or finance houses
They have an urgent need to recruit several Collections Advisers to make outbound calls with a view to collecting debts and possibly arranging repayment plans
You will need to have experience of working in a pressurised work place working to targets have a professional and assertive telephone manner and the ability to negotiate and obtain results
The job demands some shift work within an overall 375 working week and the basic salary is up to 17000 with an expected OTE of 25000 Their offices are in the Croydon area
