A leading main contractor with offices across the UK currently has a requirement for a Senior Planner to join their regional office in Redhill Surrey The role will involve leading the planning function on various construction projects across the South East specifically Kent East Sussex West Sussex Essex Surrey Hampshire and South London This will suit an individual who wants to continue to be involved in reasonablysized building schemes but who wants to escape the fastpaced nature of London projects and would like to work from a regional office rather than central hub
The role will involve working on various building projects ranging in value from 5m to 30m each including residential leisure heritage and public projects This will be both site and office based working on tenders and then seeing schemes through until completion
