pOur client based in South East London are looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer working on a full time basis Monday to Friday This position will initially be for 6 months but could be extended beyond this point The work will involve Decent Homes Projects within South East London and you will require your own transport for visiting sites across this area all expenses reimbursed
Role
Surveying houses for Kitchen Bathroom work Decent Homes Standard
Handling residents complaints visit sites
Liaise with Client Resident and SiteManagement
Logging all information
General Administrative duties
Candidate
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in a similar role would be an extreme advantage
Site experience
Strong administration and organisational skills
