To plan and develop music sessions that deliver meaningful stimulating
content for service users of all ability
Key Duties
To coordinate and provide meaningful stimulating activities for service users
To be responsible for planning developing delivering monitoring and reporting on the activities that are coordinated
Have a good musical knowledge enabling you to write yearly and sometimes six monthly reviews for each service user that an activity is provided for
Deliver reviews on time and provide them in a legible informative and positive style
Assist service users at meal times
Supervise staff at the home during sessions and at meal times
Participate in the education and development of all service users and ensure suitable induction of all team members ensuring that they receive appropriate mentorship and support
