There is a 60cover Restaurant plus 9 conference rooms 4 of which are used as Wedding Event venus and can cater for up to 1000 guests on site at one time Tewin Bury Farm has two AA rosettes and is proud to serve their guests superb dishes made from fresh ingredients in house
Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef to provide quality pastries for both their Restaurant and Banqueting guests
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and enjoy the challenge of creating quality pastries for both fine dining and for high volume concerns
The role of Pastry Chef will involve
Preparing pastries for both the fine dining Restaurant and busy banqueting functions from fresh ingredients
