An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to work with an award winning Recruitment Company with their Head Office based in Lanarkshire dealing with Major Blue Chip clients all over Scotland and England
Job Recruitment Consultant
Hours Monday to Friday 08001730 with a rotational 24hoursout of office on call service Monday to Sunday
Salary Negotiable DOE In circa 20k25k OTE plus other ad hoc incentives
Tasks
Cold calling
Dealing with Existing Clients
Client Visits
On site registrations
KPI Management
Candidates must come from a sales background and ideally with recruitment knowledge
This is a permanent role for the right candidates after completing a successful probationary period
