The project is a large new build Residential Project in North West London I am looking for an Individual with a proven track record in delivering large residential projects gained with a top 10 residential developer or main contractor You will be a strong team player with good communication skills who can motivate and influence others Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes eg Programme and Planning performance reviews one to ones team meetings etc
