You will be covering the regional areas of Nothamptonshire Cambridgeshire Anglia Suffolk
Job Role
1 Support and train in store mentors on agreed geographical region
2 Ensure all quality and performance standards exceed audit requirements
3 Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
4 Deliver key skills support and testing for learners
5 Deliver technical certificate support and testing for learners
Quality Management
Support and advise in store mentors and attend meetings as required
Deliver testing to learners on own region
Deliver Key Skills workshops and 1 2 1 training as necessary
Comply with IV Strategy
Conduct observations
Monitor analyse and evaluate own regional performance monthly
