A six month temporary contract on the outskirts of Newport My client is seeking to appoint an experienced catering professional for a period of six months to review our current policies and procedures and update them as required You will have the ability to encourage the required change to ensure that the current needs of a very specialist centre where discretion and sensitivity essential are met with regards to legislation surrounding food preparation and delivery In addition you will be a qualified Chef and will need to be able to have hands on approach working in the main kitchen to prepare and deliver a first class service for the clients and also for the various functions that take place on a regular basisHowever the main aim of the role is to manage and introduction and review of all food related policies and procedures ensuring the required standard are met as required through legislation
