My Client is looking to employ an ambitious Senior Restaurant Supervisor to join the team
We are recruiting for a talented and professional supervisor to lead our team working in our AA Rosette restaurant and bar creating an excellent customer experience in all respects We are interested in an enthusiastic hospitality professional who has experience of supervising staff to ensure first class service from start to finish and also experience of working in a AA Rosette restaurant or award winning establishment The role is shiftwork any five days out of seven and will include split shifts and often late finishes
Skills Required
Excellent customer care experience and attention to detail
Experience of leading a team training them in excellent customer care skills service delivery and food hygiene
Good knowledge of and ability to handle or serve all types of food stuffs meeting food handling requirements
